Is Kava The Same As Kratom?

No. They are two unrelated plants. Kava is the root of Piper methysticum, a plant in the pepper family from the South Pacific. Kratom is a leaf from a different tree in Southeast Asia. Rooted uses noble kava root only.

Will This Make Me Drowsy?

Focus is made for the day and includes caffeine. Unwind is made for the evening. Everyone responds a little differently.

How Long Do I Keep It In?

Place it between your gum and lip and leave it. It is strongest in the first 15 minutes and lasts for up to 45 minutes. No chewing or swallowing your pouch.

Is There Nicotine In This?

No. There is zero nicotine in every Rooted pouch.

How Many Pouches Are In A Tin?

Every tin holds 15 pouches. The Day + Night bundle includes one tin of each, so 30 pouches total.

Welcome to Rooted Pouches. These Terms of Service govern your use of rootedpouches.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rooted Pouches LLC, located in Bonita Springs, Florida.

1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are purchasing for your own use or as a gift for another adult.

2. Our products

Rooted Pouches sells kava pouches as dietary supplements.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing, have or have had liver problems, or take medications that affect the liver. Do not combine our products with alcohol. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how the product affects you. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, talk to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

You are responsible for reading the label and warnings on every tin before use.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that are placed by someone under 18, or that are placed for resale without an approved wholesale account.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Subscriptions

Some products are available on a recurring subscription.

How it works. When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a repeating schedule, at the price and frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Minimum commitment. Subscriptions require one month. You may cancel anytime after your first month.

Managing your subscription. You can skip, pause, change frequency, update payment details, or cancel in your account. Changes take effect only if they are made before your next billing date. Changes made after a renewal has been processed apply to the following delivery.

Price changes. If subscription pricing changes, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies to deliveries after that notice.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it. If it continues to fail, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. We only accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery, with photo proof that the product was never opened.

8. Wholesale and affiliates

Wholesale purchases and affiliate participation are subject to separate agreements. Approval is at our discretion and may be withdrawn if the terms of those agreements are not followed.

9. Marketing communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your orders. If you opt in to marketing emails or text messages, you agree to receive them and can unsubscribe at any time. Text message terms are described on our SMS Terms page.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Rooted Pouches and Rooted Botanicals names, logo, product names, photography, and written content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
